Dean Mead and the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast recently presented a seminar on June 26th entitled, “2013 Legislative Update: The Bills Impacting Florida’s Real Estate and Business Communities”. Dean Mead lawyers, Mason Blake, Dennis Corrick, Christine Weingart and Jonathan Wallace were the featured panelists offering their perspectives on the new laws. Lynda Weatherman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast, was also on hand to provide the welcoming remarks. The seminar was held at the Brevard Zoo in the Nyami Nyami River Lodge with 50 people in attendance. Rep. Steve Crisafulli (R-Merritt Island), 2014 Florida House Speaker-Designate, was among the attendees.
