(Orlando, FL) Dean Mead estate planning attorney Joseph Percopo has completed two presentations, one in February 2025 for PNC Bank (PNC) advisors located throughout the country and the second for members of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law (RPPTL) Section of The Florida Bar in March 2025.
The presentation for PNC, titled “A New Tool in the Planner’s Toolbox: Florida Community Property Trust Act Explained,” reviewed the history of community property, tax law basics, policy, federal and state law considerations, and practice tips.
