(Orlando, FL) Members of the Walton County Bar Association welcomed Dean Mead attorney Joseph Percopo to present “Considerations for Using a Homestead Trust.” Addressing Florida’s unique set of homestead laws, Joe introduced how a FIGHT – Florida Irrevocable Grantor Homestead Trust – retains homestead benefits while simultaneously avoiding homestead burdens.
