(Orlando, FL) In TC Palm’s article “Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Developers Reach Agreements on Long Argued-Over Projects,” Dean Mead real estate, zoning, and land use attorney Lee Dobbins is quoted on agreements reached via Lee’s representation of Neill Farm Estates developers GL Homes. The developers are planning two large mixed-use and residential developments at 421 acres and 235 acres, respectively. Both projects have been approved by the City of Port St. Lucie.
In the article, Lee is quoted, “We heard the concerns raised by the city of Port St. Lucie at the earlier hearing, the transmission hearing, relating to traffic.
