About Jennifer A. Powers
A member of the firm’s Real Estate and Financial Institution Teams, Jennifer represents large national institutional lenders and non-banks in complex financial commercial finance and real estate transactions. Her experience includes: mezzanine debt financing, syndicated loan transactions, construction lending, multi-family developments, loan workouts, commercial leasing, and multistate transactions. Prior to joining Dean Mead, Jennifer was a Shareholder with a large international business law firm.
Jennifer addresses client matters from the firm’s Fort Pierce and Orlando offices.
