Fort Pierce, Fla. – Brad Gould – a shareholder at the law firm of Dean, Mead, Minton & Zwemer, and a member of the Board of Governors of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants – recently served as a moderator and presenter at the American Bar Association’s Section of Taxation Joint Fall CLE Meeting, Sept. 18-20, 2014 in Denver, CO.
Gould moderated a panel on the Current Developments Program and presented on a panel discussion of the use of IC-DISCs in connection with the export income of an S corporation.
Gould practices in the area of federal income, estate, and gift tax law and business succession planning. He represents businesses and business owners in all types of business and tax matters, including choice of entity, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and other general business matters. Gould represents individuals, businesses and fiduciaries before the Internal Revenue Service and also counsels clients on estate and wealth preservation planning matters.
Gould received his law degree in 2001 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in accounting from the University of Florida in 1998.
