DEAN MEAD ATTORNEY FEATURED AT NEW YORK UNIVERSITY’S 69TH INSTITUTE ON FEDERAL TAXATION

Orlando, Florida – Stephen R. Looney was among the featured speakers at New York University’s 69th Institute on Federal Taxation on October 17-22, 2010 that was held in New York City. This marks the sixth consecutive year and the eighth time overall that Looney has spoken at the NYU Tax Institute. Looney’s presentation this year was entitled, “Operation of the Professional Corporation 2010: Reasonable Compensation Issues for Professional and Other Service Businesses,” which examined the advantages and disadvantages of operating professional and other service corporations as C corporations, S corporations or LLCs.
