Dean Mead Elects New Shareholders Chihos, Johnson, and Percopo

(Orlando, FL) Dean Mead is proud to announce Kristilee Chihos, Jacqueline Johnson, and Joseph “Joe” Percopo were unanimously elected as the firm’s newest Shareholders. Kristilee is an attorney with the firm’s Real Estate department. Jacqueline and Joe are attorneys with the firm’s Estate & Succession Planning department.

Kristilee’s commercial real estate practice includes the representation of national and regional homebuilders and developers. She provides legal services for large-scale real estate acquisitions and sales, including the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale contracts, title and survey review, due diligence, HOA document preparation, development agreements and easements, and closings.  Receiving her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law, Kristilee was awarded her undergraduate degree in political science and leadership from Troy University. Jacqueline’s practice is focused on estate planning, tax planning, and probate and trust administration for high-net-worth individuals and families. She consults with clients on wealth preservation, business succession, and sophisticated wealth transfer strategies. Jacqueline received her Master of Laws in Taxation from the New York University School of Law, her Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, and her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Iowa. Joe works with a variety of clients spanning from young couples who are just beginning the estate planning process to families who are well-versed in wealth management and preservation.
