Naberhaus Brings Extensive Experience in Trust and Estate Planning

Viera, Florida – Dean Mead announced today that Robert J. Naberhaus III has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Viera office. He is joining the firm’s prominent Estate and Succession Planning Practice Group and expanding its depth of expertise in Brevard County and throughout Florida. Prior to joining Dean Mead, Naberhaus practiced in Gunster Yoakley & Stewart, P.A.’s Stuart and Vero Beach offices for 10 years.

Naberhaus is Board Certified in wills, trusts and estate law. He brings extensive experience in trust and estate planning as well as probate and trust administration for high net worth individuals. Naberhaus’ practice experience also includes fiduciary representation, business succession planning, generational planning, charitable planning, guardianship, probate litigation, and estate and gift tax administration.

A native of Brevard County, Naberhaus has served on the Estate Planning Councils for Indian River and Martin Counties. He received both his juris doctorate, with honors, and estates & trusts practice certificate degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
