Fort Pierce, Florida – Dean Mead announced today that three attorneys have joined the firm in the Fort Pierce and Viera offices. Maura M. Burgreen and Dana M. Trachtenberg have both joined Dean Mead as Associates in the firm’s Fort Pierce office. Burgreen practices in the area of commercial litigation with an emphasis in employment discrimination, contract disputes and creditors’ rights. Prior to joining Dean Mead, she was a litigation attorney for two and a half years at Williams, Leininger & Cosby, P.A. in West Palm Beach. Burgreen also served nearly three years as Assistant State Attorney for the 19th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Fort Pierce. Trachtenberg’s law practice focuses on estate planning, probate and estate administration, and taxation. Both attorneys received their juris doctorate degrees, with honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Robert J. Naberhaus III has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Viera office where he practices in the firm’s prominent Estate and Succession Planning Department. Prior to joining Dean Mead, Naberhaus practiced in Gunster Yoakley & Stewart, P.A.’s Stuart and Vero Beach offices for 10 years.
Naberhaus is Board Certified in wills, trusts and estates law. He brings extensive experience in trust and estate planning as well as probate and trust administration for high net worth individuals. Naberhaus’ practice experience also includes fiduciary representation, business succession planning, generational planning, charitable planning, guardianship, probate litigation, and estate and gift tax administration.
A native of Brevard County, Naberhaus has served on the Estate Planning Councils for Indian River and Martin Counties. He received both his juris doctorate, with honors, and estates & trusts practice certificate degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
