Orlando, Fla. – Dean, Mead, Egerton, Bloodworth, Capouano & Bozarth, P.A. announced that Tim Sobczak recently joined the firm’s Orlando office as an Associate in the litigation department. His practice involves a variety of general commercial litigation matters, such as contract and business disputes, real estate litigation, trusts and estates litigation and construction litigation.
Sobczak has experience in commercial foreclosure and civil litigation. He has handled litigation cases involving commercial and residential landlord/tenant issues, sunshine and public records law, construction defects, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, shareholder agreements, real property/title issues, will contests and probate, and guardianship.

Prior to joining Dean Mead, Sobczak was a litigation associate with the law firm of Kirk Pinkerton, P.A. in Sarasota, Florida. He received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May 2010, where he was a member of Order of the Coif and a published author on the Florida Law Review. He received dual undergraduate degrees in both criminal justice and psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2005.
