Dean Mead Hires Attorney Justin M. Robinson

(Orlando, FL) Justin Robinson has joined Dean Mead’s Corporate and Tax Department where he will advise clients on a myriad of tax issues, including business sales and purchases, mergers and acquisitions, employee benefits, ESOPs, and charitable giving.

“Justin joins Dean Mead having developed foundational experience in tax law,” shares Stephen Looney, Chair of the firm’s Corporate and Tax Department. “This experience includes building his understanding of mergers and acquisitions with an international law firm and a full-service Florida-based law firm. Justin will focus on tax planning issues for businesses and high-wealth individuals. We are excited to welcome him to the Dean Mead team.”

Receiving his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2021, Justin graduated first in his graduating class. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2016 from the University of Georgia. Justin served as a student extern with the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division, and as a Summer Clerk for a national law firm prior to beginning his legal career.
