From donors to volunteers, from international nonprofits to local community organizations, each makes an indelible contribution to our community, our nation, and our world.
First held in 1986 nationally and in 1994 locally, NPD celebrates the infinite daily contributions individuals and organizations make to countless causes and missions. NPD provides an opportunity to reflect on the meaning of giving and to recognize the significant and lasting impact philanthropy plays in our community. Today we honor the outstanding philanthropic achievements in Martin and St Lucie Counties and show appreciation for all that has been accomplished in the name of giving.
The Association of Fundraising Professionals represents more than 30,000 professional fundraisers throughout the world working to advance philanthropy through advocacy, research, education, and certification programs.
