R. Mason Blake – Mr. Blake has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, business, environmental and land use law. He has an extensive legal career working in Brevard County where he represents clients in a variety of complex real estate and business matters, specializing in the development of large, mixed-use communities. He has also served for nearly 15 years as the principal counsel for the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne. Mr. Blake is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
Vicki L. Berman – Ms. Berman has been practicing with Dean Mead’s Real Estate department for more than 28 years. During that time, she has represented buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, borrowers and lenders, investors and developers in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Berman has extensive experience in leasing transactions, representing both landlords and tenants, in all sectors, including office, retail and industrial properties. She currently represents the largest office landlord in Orlando, Florida.
Laura Minton Young – Ms. Young practices in Dean Mead’s Real Estate department. She is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization. She represents individuals, businesses and banks in various aspects of commercial and residential real estate and financing including development, acquisitions, sales, leasing, lending, work outs, land use and growth management and agribusiness matters.
