Dean Mead was mentioned in the Orlando Business Journal article, “Physician-led group pitches mixed-use project near I-4 in Lake Mary” written by Steven Ryzewski, which spoke about a proposed project in Lake Mary dubbed Bent’s Landing. This property is owned by Verax Lake Mary LLC, and recently received approval from the City of Lake Mary to have the space rezoned from office and light industrial development to also allow for retail and restaurant space.
