(Orlando, FL) Dean Mead is proud to announce attorney Jennifer Powers has joined the firm’s Real Estate and Financial Institution Teams. Having represented large national institutional lenders and non-banks in complex commercial finance and real estate transactions, Jennifer’s experience includes: mezzanine debt financing, syndicated loan transactions, construction lending, multi-family developments, loan workouts, commercial leasing, and multistate transactions.

Prior to joining Dean Mead, Jennifer was a Shareholder with a large international business law firm. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating with honors, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, graduating summa cum laude, from The Florida State University. Jennifer will be addressing client matters from the firm’s Fort Pierce and Orlando offices.
