Champion for Children winners Dennis Corrick and Adam Fetterman with CSCSLC Executive Director, Sean Boyle
On Monday, May 18, the Children’s Services Council of St. Lucie County held its Annual Awards Dinner to recognize local youth and adults who are making a difference in our community. Dean Mead shareholder, Dennis G. Corrick, received the Kathryn Basile Champion for Children Award as recognition for his leadership of the campaign to reauthorize the Children’s Services Council in 2014. In addition, the Children’s Services Council of St. Lucie County awarded five local youth with $1,000 scholarships for displaying exemplary leadership characteristics, achievement and/or volunteerism.
