The program will feature three speakers from Dean, Mead, Minton & Zwemer:
Michael D. Minton is the President of Dean Mead and he also chairs the firm’s Agribusiness Industry Team. He represents clients by handling issues related to their organizational structure, federal income, estate and gift tax planning and business succession planning.
Bradley R. Gould practices in the area of federal income, estate and gift tax law and business succession planning. He represents companies and business owners in all types of business and tax matters, including choice of entity, mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations. Mr. Gould represents individuals, businesses and fiduciaries before the IRS, as well as counseling clients on estate and wealth preservation planning matters. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Dana M. Apfelbaum practices in the areas of federal income, estate and gift tax law and family business succession planning. She counsels individuals in estate planning, with an emphasis on implementing the clients’ objectives, asset protection and minimizing wealth transfer taxes. Ms. Apfelbaum also represents companies and business owners in all types of business and tax matters, including choice of entity, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and business succession planning.
