Jay Van Heyde Elected to ESOP Association’s New South Chapter’s Executive Committee

Dean Mead shareholder, Joseph “Jay” Van Heyde II was elected to the 2016 ESOP Association’s New South Chapter’s Executive Committee. Mr. Van Heyde is a frequent presenter nationally on Employee Stock Owner Plans (ESOPs). He represents a wide variety of clients with respect to their tax qualified retirement plans, including ESOPs and 401(k) and defined benefit pension plans, non-qualified plans of deferred compensation, stock option and other equity based compensation plans, health and welfare benefit plans, cafeteria plans, COBRA health care continuation coverage compliance, other employee fringe benefit matters and he has participated in a wide variety of ESOP transactions. Mr. Van Heyde also represents companies with respect to general corporate matters.
