Congratulations to Lauren Detzel! She was nominated to The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Board of Regents during their Fall Meeting on October 23rd in Charleston. She will serve an initial 3 year term (until 2020). The Board of Regents is the governing body of ACTEC and consists of 39 members.
About ACTEC:
Established in 1949, The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (formerly known as The American College of Probate Counsel) is a nonprofit association of lawyers and law professors skilled and experienced in the preparation of wills and trusts; estate planning; and probate procedure and administration of trusts and estates of decedents, minors and incompetents.
