Our lawyers have extensive experience with the creation and establishment of communities, including establishment of property owners associations and drafting of covenants and restrictions. We draw on our extensive development experience and work closely with clients to develop restrictions that both comply with regulations and establish the desired community character.

Dean Mead has extensive experience with preparing and revising governing documents for various forms of developments, including but not limited to Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations for homeowners and condominium associations, as well as cooperatives and timeshares. Dean Mead has represented, and currently represents, numerous developers in creating their developments, preparing their governing documents and forming the associations to manage the developments. We also represent a significant number of homeowner and condominium associations. Therefore, we fully understand the range of issues faced by developers, associations, boards of directors, officers and individual members.
